The Disability and Health Programs Assistant supports programs and communications activities of the Oregon Office on Disability and Health (OODH). The mission of OODH is to promote health equity and well-being of people with disabilities in Oregon, and the work of OODH is guide by the values of health equity, accessibility and inclusion, diversity, anti-racism, community partnership, and learning. We envision a future that is accessible, welcoming, and inclusive of all people with disabilities in Oregon. This vision extends beyond the individuals and their families to benefit entire communities. Programs supported by the Disability and Health Program Assistant will relate to health promotion, accessibility and inclusion, health care professional training, and communications.
The Oregon Office on Disability and Health (OODH) is looking to hire a part-time Research Assistant 1 to the team. Specific duties include: production of program and communications materials, including writing, graphic design, and editing materials used in marketing, health communications, health professional training, advocacy support, and social media.
