The Role

The Program Manager for HOKA NA eCommerce will spearhead projects aimed at implementing Global DTC digital capabilities and experiences for the HOKA NA DTC websites and teams. This individual should bring a robust background in project management and e-commerce, demonstrating the capacity to effectively oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Ideal candidates will have a track record of thriving in highly cross-functional roles within e-commerce divisions. Those suited for this role will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, a strong commitment to collaboration and follow-through, accountability to a development roadmap, and proficiency in Agile development methodologies.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Regional and Global cross-functional collaboration across key business partners to implement complex roadmaps that evolve digital capabilities, consumer online experiences, and deliver additional regional strategic initiatives. Adherence to Agile practices to guide teams and stakeholders; Ensure compliance with key project controls and governance throughout the execution of projects. Collaboration across functions to balance competing project constraints, such as scope, schedule, resources, risk, quality, and budget. Lead the regional implementation of new technology and experiences, discovery, and processes for end users; Collaborate with global digital technology teams and the regional eCommerce team to drive the adoption of North American features as required.

  • Expertise and experience with E-commerce, Retail, and Omnichannel technologies.
  • Proactive communication and exceptional listening skills, particularly in understanding team dynamics and defining success.
  • Ability to make timely decisions, even in situations with incomplete information and tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capability to bring together resources to accomplish objectives.
  • Solution-oriented. Proactive resolution of project issues and conflicts.
  • Proven relationship-management skills and effective communication across all levels.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred but not required
  • Preferred Certification (not required): PMP (or equivalent), Scrum Master, or LEAN
  • 3+ years of experience working on an ecommerce/digital-focused team (required)
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Waterfall best practices

$110,000-$120,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
