Objective:

  • Driving solution strategy and creating win themes mapped to client’s business requirements
  • Creating solutions for proactive pitches and RFI/RFP responses
  • Defining the overall solution approach and theme and decide on which Wipro internal organizations have to contribute
  • Brief internal teams on the solution approach and manage the solution building process with various teams in Wipro
  • Collect inputs from various teams and create complete solution description
  • Collect Market intelligence on competition and use the same for solution definition.
  • The role will require discussions and meetings with alliance partners and third-party vendors.
  • Define strategy for deal structuring, create win themes and identify relevant artefacts to support in winning the deal.
  • Interface with the GAE’s, SMU Client Partners and client to present the benefits and value proposition of the solution
  • Attend customer meetings to understand business context, IT landscape, business and technical requirements
  • Attend proposal presentation meetings with customers and prospects to present and discuss suggested solutions
  • Support GAE’s / Client Partners in demand creation activities by attending customer or prospect meetings to present Wipro’s capabilities and delivery approach

Key requirements and key responsibilities:

  • Lead and own end-to-end solution development – architect and orchestrate solution development by working with Business Units / solution leads / delivery and offer the best value proposition from Wipro – S/4HANA Transformation Programs, Migrations, AMS, Upgrades including Cloud related offerings
  • Excellent customer interface skills – communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings. Develop long term valued relationships with the client. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode.
  • Experience in the MFG and Consumer industry segments will be a clear advantage
  • Prior experience in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment or any experience with a Global Delivery Model based IT Services Company will be an added advantage.

Skills

  • Minimum 15 years selling/closing deals in IT Services & Consulting
  • 10 years of experience selling SAP services space in one of the following areas: S/4HANA transformations, SAP LoB solutions like SuccessFactors, Ariba. SAP on Azure/AWS/GCP. 
  • SAP pre-sales / sales cycles and leading / senior architecture roles on 5+ SAP projects. Knowledge on SAP solutions portfolio.
  • Develop relationships with SAP AE’s, sales and account teams in order to develop SAP as a sales channel for Wipro’s SAP Practice offerings
  • Minimum of 5 years’ record of sales quota attainment against a $8-10M or higher target
