About this role:

In this key leadership role, you will lead a high-performing integrated marketing solutions team and a vitally important creative center of excellence to clearly articulate, consistently activate, and continuously refine the Gartner brand in all external marketing and internal communications to effectively engage prospects, clients, associates, recruitment candidates and other key stakeholders to accelerate Gartner’s long-term growth. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Create and continuously refine a strategic brand framework to drive higher levels of performance and consistency in sales programs, marketing campaigns and corporate communications.
  • Define and consistently apply a compelling differentiated visual, audio and written identity system across all channels to improve the performance of sales and marketing programs.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure consistent corporate messaging is utilized in all media across owned, earned, social and paid channels to effectively articulate, in a differentiated manner, what we do, how we do it, and the value we provide.
  • Continuously improve the performance and business impact of marketing programs through the deployment of subject matter experts working in virtual teams focused on delivering high quality creative assets to key stakeholders throughout the enterprise.
  • Guide the creative strategy for external promotions and marketing programs.
  • Define creative standards for internal communications to ensure consistency across all external and corporate communications.
  • Lead a high-performing team of strategic marketers, creative professionals and brand specialists operating in a busy hybrid work environment.

What you’ll need: (Job Requirements)

  • 15+ years’ experience in high-performing brand and marketing leadership roles within the business-to business sector.
  • Demonstrated creative leadership in an agency and/or in-house center of excellence.
  • Considerable experience leading large, multi-disciplinary brand, marketing and creative teams.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 184,000 USD - 255,990 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
