Job Title: Americas Regional Lead, Global Mobility

Introduction to Role:

We are seeking an Americas Regional Lead for our Global Mobility team. This role is integral to our mission of supporting the mobility of global talent by making opportunities available to all. As the Americas Regional Lead, you will manage all types of international and domestic moves, partnering with a broad range of stakeholders and external vendors on Global Mobility matters. You will be working globally with a dynamic and changing team and will have a strong relationship management skills to work directly with the assignee and one time relocation population, as well as with our global HR and business network.

Accountabilities:

As the Americas Regional Lead, you will be responsible for team leadership, vendor management, policy communication, query management, US immigration compliance, and budgeting. You will support the team responsible for managing the operations of international and domestic moves within the Americas region and provide support to the business from initiation to delivery. You will also effectively manage relationships with vendors for relocation, immigration and tax support; oversee vendor execution of the contracts for services and be a proactive pipeline for information flow from the vendors to the business and vice versa.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • International Mobility/ Relocation experience – either in an in house role or within a service provider.
  • Experience of US immigration processes and protocols would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently but also as a part of a team 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and maturity in handling difficult and sensitive situations in an appropriate manner
  • Good project management skills with concern for impact and attention to detail and an ability to prioritize
  • Experience of using technology to automate and enhance processes and experiences

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent analytical thinking and numerical skills
  • Team player, able to contribute to the motivation and development of others
