  • You will work for our Scandinavian client, one of the largest telecommunications companies and mobile operators in Nordics.
  • You will be part of a team responsible for the CoPe platform - it is a platform that consists of several applications - GAR application for B2B customers, Order Processing Tool DK, GDPR solution tool, and others.
  • Customer is running an IBM BAW installation with several different environments. Development Environment (1 node, Oracle Database), Test Environment (1 node, Oracle Database), Pre-production Environment (2 node cluster, Oracle Database), Production Environment (2 node cluster, Oracle Database).
  • The team will consist of 1 BAW Admin, 4 BAW developers, and 1 Process Architect. Rights not we are looking for 2 more administrators. 

How does our hiring process work?

  • We communicate with everyone interested in a position in our SW development team.
  • First, you will be contacted by Jana (Recruiter) to discuss your experience, technologies you work with, expectations for the new position, etc. She will also provide more information about our company, team, customers, and role requirements.
  • If it makes sense for both parties, we will arrange a meeting - either in person at one of our branches (Brno, Ostrava) or through an online meeting with the team manager, Tomáš Drábek. Usually, for the first round, we invite Senior Delivery Manager Monika Pinkasová, who will give you more insights into the project work for the customer.
  • You will have a second round with the customer, conducted in English.
  • After the meeting, we will provide feedback, whether positive or negative. We also appreciate feedback from you to know what we can improve on ????.
  • Prior to your start date, the team manager will contact you to finalize hardware details and discuss the first days, so you know what to expect.

If you can check off at least 2 of these points, we have a job for you right away:

✅ Hands-on experience with BAW (Business automation workflow) or BPM

✅ Experience with Linux administration

✅ Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server administration, maintenance and upgrading

✅ Understanding firewalls and networking

✅Basic knowledge of CI/CD automation, Ansible, Jenkins

✅ You know how to ask questions and have no problem communicating with international customers.
