Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in program management

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a technical field
  • Experience in SAP, Kinaxis, or other MRP/ERP program deployments
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, operational logic and use of MRP, inventory control, demand planning and fulfillment
  • Familiarity with best practices around successful software implementations using waterfall and agile models
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and facilitation skills
  • Well versed with financial decision models and technical/business case pitches (TCO, ROI analysis, etc.)

As a Technical Program Manager on the End-to-End Systems team in the Google Cloud Supply Chain and Operations Organization you will provide value through simplification. We delight our internal users by making it easy for them to deliver capacity to our customers the first time, every time.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the collaboration across a large cross-functional team representing Global Server Operations, supply chain, demand and fulfillment Planning, engineering, and product management.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Direct and manage the complete lifecycle of programs which includes the planning, design, testing, and implementation of business solutions to meet the requirements.
  • Use data insights, process knowledge, and critical thinking to evaluate progress throughout various project phases and readiness for go-live.
  • Assist with stakeholder management ensuring accountability for planning, providing visibility into resource needs, and creating plans related to the delivery and management of the programs.
