The Wealth Management Corporate Real Estate and Facilities team is seeking a high potential Property Business Manager responsible for providing operational and project management support to the team. The primary responsibility of the Property Business Manager is to assist in the implementation our WM Corporate Real estate space planning strategy, office / building relocations, and the daily operation and management of the workplace experience. This role will be office based but may involve some intermittent travel.

Job Description/Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational and management support of WM Corporate Real Estate properties
  • Support the execution of strategic space planning, including building / floor moves and re-stacks
  • Coordination with business unit administrators and compilation of monthly occupancy reports
  • Analyze and respond to office space requirements by participating in headcount planning exercises and implementing solutions
  • Serve as primary liaison with business stakeholders on time sensitive property issues (i.e. building maintenance, construction, security, safety, etc.)
  • Identify and suggests possible process improvements leading to increased client satisfaction and efficiencies
  • Establish and develop successful relationships with partners in Corporate Services, IT and appropriate vendors
  • Perform other duties and special projects based on current team initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager
  • BA/BS degree required

Skills/Abilities

  • Expert level knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams – proven flexibility, adaptability and reliability
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, manage expectations and complete deliverables in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro and SharePoint a plus
