Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, TX. Gather, understand, articulate and influence investment banker needs and translate between business requirements and technology specifications (in both directions: top-down and bottom-up) as it relates to the Salesforce technology suite. Define Salesforce feature development and partner with engineers and designers to foster transparent communication on product requirements and risks associated with technologies being used. Gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints. Define feature development, build consensus among stakeholders, and partner with engineers and designers to deliver high quality experiences. Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to inform product strategy and pipeline development. Research industry trends and features to develop and pitch recommendations for the product roadmap. Write user stories and acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers. Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience. Own and drive a product roadmap to meet business goals, achieve key performance indicators, and provide a world-class customer experience for the product. Collaborate with engineering leads on prioritization and sprint-planning. Create and maintain user guides, documentation, and policies. Manage inter-team and technology dependencies to mitigate project and product risks. Influence platform strategy through working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and Salesforce ecosystems.

Job Requirements: Master’s degree (U.S. or equivalent) or Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant degree such as Software Engineering. Three (3) years of experience with Master’s degree in the job offered or in a related position or five (5) years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in the job offered or in a related position. Must have three (3) years of experience with a Master’s degree OR five (5) years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree with: performing business analysis, product management or consulting in financial technology in a fast-paced and agile product development environment; designing technical solutions for complex workflows, prototyping, and defining user acceptance criteria; applying agile practices and organizing stand ups, sprint planning and backlog refinement meetings to support agile product delivery; using analytical skills such as researching, creating, and interpreting reporting to solve problems and develop solutions; using Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, Workbench, and Figma; managing competing priorities while working in a fast-paced, agile product development environment; developing strong business relationships across different product and client teams; communicating complex issues effectively to a wide array of internal stakeholders; and using data driven approach to decision making and process development. Salesforce Admin Certifications. May be obtained within six (6) months of joining.
