Here’s the Gist:

We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Automotive Sales Operations team. This position will focus on using data and analytics to generate reports to measure performance and identify actionable insights. They will also be involved in improving sales processes and systems by through working closely with the Automotive Sales Teams, Customer Service, Demand Planning and other functional groups in order to align efforts to drive efficiencies. This position requires a high-level understanding of process and procedures that support a successful Sales Operations organization.

The Sales Operations team at Wolfspeed supports our global Sales organization. We do this by providing the sales team with tools/systems that help them eliminate redundant or non-value-added tasks from their daily job and that give them the information they need to make decisions. We also interface directly with Wolfspeed executive management to provide decision support and ad hoc sales reporting and analytics. 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Supporting Automotive on reporting or analysis needs including preparation for planning, analytics, trends, pipeline, lost analysis, Quarterly Business Review preparation and more
  • Monitoring of Sales Force Data Integrity
  • Provide management dashboards/reporting for key internal stakeholders to be used for forecasting and order management reviews
  • Commissions related activities – Annual Plan rollout, Quarterly Performance verification, general support for dashboard
  • Help track Assurance of Supply and Capacity Reservation Customer forecasts
  • Develop training materials and documentation on best practices
  • Provide training and support to Automotive Sales Teams as needed
  • Manage data file locations and integrity

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales Operations or similar function in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Salesforce and project management skills are an added advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in working with sales forecasting and demand planning
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset. Highly organized with multi-tasking skills, efficient in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent communication, organization and professional presence
  • Strong prioritization skills, including driving multiple initiatives at the same time
  • Natural problem-solver, self-motivated, team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed
  • This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
