Under the supervision of the HR Manager, this position shall contribute to the success of State Fund by helping research, plan, and administer various training solutions to support the organization. You will play a key role in developing best learning solutions for training needs throughout the organization, collaborating with internal business clients in developing learning plans. Learning solution design can involve both internally and externally provided solutions. In the role of a Learning Consultant, you will work with department leads and subject matter experts throughout the organization in the design of training, as well as mentoring these teams with best learning practices for delivery of select training modules.
