The Sr Mgr, Digital Creative Marketing manages digital marketing tactics and creative development for online campaigns and websites from inception through post-campaign analysis. This individual will drive online sales, revenue and operating efficiencies in customer acquisition and migration for cable TV, high- speed Internet, and phone services. The role will work closely with internal departments and external agencies to uphold offer and target strategies and promote marketing throughout the organization. This person will be a fast-paced self-motivator who must be detail oriented while able to keep multiple initiatives moving at once.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to translate marketing strategies into effective creative for online campaigns, including desktop and mobile display, video, and social media
  • Uphold the Charter brand in all online mediums, including marketing tactics, company website pages, and external sales partner website creative
  • Leverage best practices for digital creative. Integrate the functional aspects of online media from display through the landing page, e-commerce buy-flows, and maintaining the most appropriate message at each respective touch-point. Sync with online team partners for sales and conversion metrics to better improve online sales and customer experience
  • Integrate closely with Media team members on performance across key metrics refining as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal strategy teams on identifying segments and proper messaging unique to the online space
  • Employ strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables
  • Develop, maintain and communicate online campaign calendars for all targets, products, offers and geographic areas; manage change control and creative versions
  • Partner with relevant business functions, the field and external vendors to determine targets and schedules; strategize and implement applicable tests; analyze campaign performance across key metrics and ensure flawless execution
  • Proofread final copies to ensure accurate and correct communication; match creative, versions and other campaign elements
  • Communicate with internal and external research groups, industry organizations and other sources of expertise
  • Maintain all online technical specs, ensuring creative delivery is sound and tracked
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Utilize creative best practices and visionary thinking to uniquely solve marketing challenges
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe creative suite
  • Strong hands-on design skills
  • Knowledgeable of emerging digital marketing trends and ability to integrate them in relevant, effective direct response campaigns
  • Knowledge of online buy-sites, user interfaces and experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders at one time
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms; remain knowledgeable of industry trends, new marketing solutions and customer experience enhancements
  • Ability to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to think strategically
  • Highly developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the customer
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applications
  • Understand SEO principles and their role in online creative
  • Understand most efficient use of resources and timing to maximize value of all campaigns

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or related discipline and/or equivalent experience

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

  • Graphic design experience - 5+
  • Marketing experience within an agency or client-side role - 6-7
  • Experience in creative tactical development, particularly with websites and digital media - 5+
  • Management experience - 3+

Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in web design applications
  • Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and phone products and services

Preferred Education

  • MBA/Master’s

Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years

  • Agency management experience
  • Brand marketing with sales performance goals experience
