HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Perform IAM data analytics and system integration using a variety of tools such as MS SQL Server, Oracle SQL Developer, Active Directory/LDAP, Informatica, PowerBI, and others.
  • Support existing interfaces and reports related to a variety of IAM solutions including automated user access reviews, reporting, and access provisioning.
  • Define, document, and maintain business process flows, data flows, architecture diagrams, and other process & technical design artifacts.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work with teams to understand current ETL design, source-to-target mapping (STTM), and creation of other requirement documents.
  • Coordinate and perform a variety of testing efforts including unit, quality assurance, user acceptance, integration, performance, regression, and production validation testing.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communications with IAM team and other partners on task status and challenges.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Hilton’s Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for product management, solution design, and operations for Hilton’s global IAM platform and processes, including access automation, access governance, access reporting/review, access request/approval workflow, authentication/authorization services, privileged access management, role-based access control, and user lifecycle workflow.
  • You will immediately take responsibility for several IAM projects including expanding Hilton's Centralized Access Reporting & Review System and integrating IAM platforms.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
  • Four (4) years of specialized experience in ETL (Extract, Transfer, Load) experience with common ETL tools including, Informatica, PowerBI, or Workato
  • Solid experience managing large datasets for enterprise data warehouse environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills for the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing to post go-live support

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience 
  • Seven (7) + years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
  • Proficient knowledge of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege access, access provisioning, access review, and federated identity
  • Current Licenses or Certificates, including ETL, Reporting, CIMP, CISA, CISSP, or other IAM solution-specific technical certifications
