HR Services Specialist

You will be working as HR Services Specialist at global grade 16 reporting to HR TA Operations - Team Lead and based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for performing day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service line(s) or country(ies), while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Ensuring a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. Supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office or hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements

Your responsibilities

  • Creating job postings and managing its workflow administration and screening applications based on give requirements or job descriptions
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews and ensuring appropriate service delivery supporting for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders
  • Ensuring execution and delivery of TA Services according to defined service level agreement(s) and preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes
  • Capturing data related to TA into appropriate systems as necessary and recording candidate inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool)
  • Guiding and supporting other team members in meeting the SLAs, who are not in reporting structure and leading process improvement projects as and when required
  • Recommending enhancements and simplification of existing talent acquisition processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders

Your background

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition from a reputed organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams, within deadlines and be process oriented
  • Experience in HR Shared Services for a global company will be an added advantage
