  • The Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations is responsible for the efficient delivery of all internal and cloud managed IT infrastructure used to support business processes, services, and end users across the organization. The leader will achieve these responsibilities through the management and orchestration of people, products, providers/partners, and processes. Main responsibilitiesResponsible for the overall enterprise-wide effectiveness and efficiency of all infrastructure systems, networks and end user support systems and to ensure high levels of functionality, performance, and business alignment.
  • Has leadership responsibility over Release Deploy (DevOps), Infrastructure (Cloud Engineering), Security and Compliance, and End User Support teams focused on the Leap Platform
  • Partner with the product teams to define and implement an overall strategy for application operations 
  • using DevOps principles to ensure scalability, fast delivery, provide reliable services and cost-effective operations.
  • Directs roll out of applications to over 140+ member firms, as a SaaS solution supporting 8B+ in revenue
  • Responsible for the overall management and report out of work managed within Azure DevOps in Agile-based frameworks
  • Oversees, coordinates, and monitors all support, administration, and operational management activities.
  • Responsible for high levels of infrastructure reliability, availability, performance, problem management / elimination, compliance (including but not limited to GCCR, ISQM1, Soc2), and IT disaster recovery.
  • Develops and implements standards, policy, procedures, and operational IT processes. 
  • Systematically monitoring for problem and opportunity areas and is proactive in assessing and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensures the infrastructure is designed and managed to achieve and maintain high levels of reliability and performance.
  • Ensures all infrastructure systems configuration and operating procedures are fully documented and properly maintained.
  • Interacts with and manages outside vendors, outsourcers, and service providers to procure and deliver technology products, services, and contracts. Ensures consistent quality and delivery of service across a tiered IT support model.
  • Provides leadership and management in the planning and management of infrastructure operations, production support, systems and database administration, application development, and desktop support.
  • Establishes, monitors, and analyzes performance metrics and service level agreements to ensure business and customer needs are being properly met.
  • Sets the mission and vision of the I&O team to foster a business-oriented culture and mindset driven by continual service improvement techniques.
  • Leads the development of the I&O service strategy and technical roadmap, and ensures its integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans.
  • Defines, develops and manages a comprehensive and integrated ITSM landscape, based on best-practice processes, disciplines and related toolsets.
  • Participates in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired competitive positioning.
  • Champions I&O involvement in the IT organization's innovation efforts and its role in experimenting with new solutions to take advantage of business opportunities.
  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders and senior management to remain abreast and assist in the resolution of current issues and challenges.
  • Makes purchasing recommendations and monitors contract performance for area of responsibility to ensure the company receives the full scope of service detailed in IT contracts
  • Develops business case justifications and cost and benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
  • Possesses and communicates a clear vision for IT through effective messaging and partnering with other internal constituencies
  • Act as advisor to C-Level leadership, stepping in to act on behalf of CTO/CIO when appropriate

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 10+ years of IT I&O management experience
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience in leading IT transformation initiatives in complex and dynamic environments
