Job Description Summary

The Product Specialist, MI is responsible for providing sales support to field sales leader, ensure follow up on meetings, events, customer events planning and execution. The Product Specialist has additional responsibility for tendering process and quoting. Responsibilities include analytical work and report processing and management of the departmental communication needs.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • The Product Specialist, MI is responsible for:
  • Use product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies;
  • Create viable product configurations which meet customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin for GE
  • Differentiate assigned product offering during the various stages of the sales process, effectively using GE resources and approved product marketing and product promotion material to actively support the customer through their decision making process towards a successful outcome for GE
  • Developing new and maintaining existing marketing materials for the most effective positioning and promotion of molecular imaging products.
  • Internal documents preparation for the Molecular Imaging Department.
  • Coordinating tendering process with logistics support for the sales team
  • Supporting Sales with customer visits/event organization
  • Liaise with customers where necessary to support sales activity in a post-sale period
  • NPIs activation in RCIS: registration, pricing, offering, marketing support
  • LSI support: expand catalog of locally sourced accessories to address different customer needs
  • Effective cross-functional interaction (RA, SKD, customs, OTR, pricing, contracting, HPM, HCIT, sourcing)
  • Sales and Marketing Tool support
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training;
  • Assistance in the technical analysis of tender documents;
  • Preparation of various types of information in accordance with internal standards and technical specifications for Modility Sales Specilists and Account Managers

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in medical or technical field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in use of MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Good time management skills
  • Confident English language skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Russian

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of tender process
  • PET, SPECT and Radiopharmacy products and processes basic knowledge
