The integrated marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.

In this role you will formulate marketing strategies to support various initiatives, analyse insights from consumers, users as well as competitors. You will also be involved in creating 360 marketing proposals to achieve company targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for formulating marketing strategy to support the company's objectives such as : Mega Sales campaign awareness, new feature introduction, brand building and the likes with sound knowledge & skills in

1. Understanding Brand Health Tracking metrics, able to dissect important information to identify needs & gaps from consumers vs competitors

2. Able to analyse insights from: consumers, users' behaviour within platform & competitors' marketing activities & turn it into foundation of solid marketing strategies

3. Able to transform company's business objective into actionable marketing tasks and help in creating a 360 Marketing proposal to achieve marketing-related market targets including: Out-app & In-app media strategy, Social Media plan, Creators strategy, PR, In-app campaign journey

4. Accountable for creative material output. Able to work with various creative teams and give clear brief & directions & produce high quality marketing materials for online & offline marketing activities

  • Contribute in budget planning together with multiple stakeholders, including planning, tracking & reporting
  • Able to set measurable targets for each marketing initiatives, ranging from increasing certain brand awareness metrics and responsible for various media channel's performance result
  • Consistently explore in-app & out-app new media formats for better awareness-consideration-conversion objectives
  • Proactively initiate necessary user research/market trends to reveal new consumers insights
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between multiple stakeholders with clear structure & cadence

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management / marketing research / advertising agency with proven experience in identifying deep understanding of brand building, media channels and integrated marketing campaign operation
  • Up-to-date with the trends and best practices in Indonesia on mobile and content business
  • Proactive and a fast learner, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes while working independently.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent collaborative, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills
