Job Description

  • Leading the Marketing, PR, Brand & Social Media mandate
  • Develop an integrated Marketing strategy to drive visibility and revenue e across Rooms, F&B, 

MICE, Weddings & Spa

  • Build & maintain a relationship with local media
  • Plan monthly digital campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Ideate and develop both written & visual content strategy for the hotel
  • Plans departmental Budget & manages P&L
  • Report directly to General Manager 

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the field of Marketing, Communications and digital strategy
  • Experience with handling a diverse and dynamic team as head of department
  • Fluent in English & Thai
  • Adapts easily to change
  • Clear and open communicator and collaborates effectively with all departments
  • Has handled Marketing for international hotel brands/luxury brands
  • Has a digital first approach to crafting Marketing & Communications Strategies
  • Experience with working at Accor hotels is a plus
