Your Mission

Your mission: As the Director of Resource Management, your mission is to establish and execute resource management strategies that enable us to deliver high-quality services efficiently and profitably. You will collaborate closely with service delivery leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to forecast demand, allocate resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement in resource utilization and productivity.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Develop and implement resource management processes, tools, and metrics to optimize the allocation of personnel, equipment, and other resources across service delivery functions
  • Work closely with service delivery leaders to forecast demand, assess resource requirements, and develop resource plans that support the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects and services
  • Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to identify staffing needs, recruit qualified candidates, and onboard new hires in alignment with project and service requirements
  • Lead resource allocation efforts, balancing project priorities, resource availability, and skill requirements to maximize utilization and productivity while minimizing conflicts and bottlenecks
  • Monitor and analyze resource utilization, capacity, and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Partner with training and development teams to identify skill gaps, develop training programs, and promote continuous learning and development among our workforce
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project managers, service delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and accountability in resource management processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization, improve productivity, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery operations

What you'll bring to the team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Extensive experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operations management, preferably in a professional services or technology organization
  • Strong understanding of resource management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information clearly and persuasively
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in project management software, resource management tools, and other relevant technology platforms
  • Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and capacity planning is a plus
