About The Role 

We are looking for a business strategist to join the Walmart+ Member Retention Strategy team. This role sits within the Business team and will be deeply involved in analyzing behavioral and performance trends to identify solutions that will drive member engagement and growth.

The ideal candidate is someone who can combine a member-first mindset with razor-sharp data analysis skills. The candidate should be a strong collaborator who is adaptable, strategic, & results-oriented with a deep passion for deepening customer relationships in membership programs.

What you’ll do…

  • Analyze business trends and identify opportunities: Analyze, interpret, and share performance trends for member cohorts by understanding drivers of business performance and developing the business narrative in a concise manner to partners and leaders. Partner with Product and Marketing stakeholders to understand the impacts of initiatives and provide recommendations to drive engagement and improve retention.
  • Help shape the retention strategy: Armed with insights on program performance and initiatives, help to shape the strategy that will drive continued improvement in engaging and retaining our members by conducting deep-dive analyses and building business cases for initiatives and developing the strategic roadmap.
  • Help launch growth initiatives to execute the strategy: Collaborate with and support a cross-functional team to inform new tests, launch new initiatives, and establish success metrics and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field OR related experience; and 2+ years experience in strategy, data analytics, consulting, or related field

This role can sit out of a Walmart+ Hub Location: Bentonville AR; Hoboken NJ, or San Bruno CA.
