¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as HR Specialist Americas (Multiple Sites: La Laguna, Chihuahua, Reynosa)!

Position Summary

The HR Specialist for regional support position will provide report to the HR responsible of the Americas. This position can be either an HR Specialist I (MX1479 grade 24) or HR Specialist II (MX1489 grade 26) based on experience level and located at any of the Division R sites in Mexico depending on the candidate (Chihuahua, LaLaguna or Reynosa). 

Responsibilities

  • Support main HR regional responsible and that local specific (regional specifics, law, rules and regulations, work agreements, etc.) are respected in HR (daily work, projects).
  • Support / Delivers HR functional excellence. 
  • Coordination of all Data requests from HR in the region that are necessary due to operational and strategic purposes (FTEs, Development Conference, Position Approvals etc.) in regards of timing, data accuracy.
  • Organize and share best practices between single plants if favorable. 
  • Interface to all internal HR Stakeholder (esp. Comp + Ben, Recruiting, HR-Development).
  • Support internal reporting, administrative tasks (data analysis, presentations etc.).
  • Project member of global HR projects which have a high impact for the region (restructuring, HR-Development, Comp + Ben).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems (preferably PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • MS Office tools with advanced Excel skills. 
  • Be able to work in a high dynamic organization and to work under pressure.
  • Strong networking capabilities.
  • Proactive, organized, and accuracy with attention to detail. 
  • Strong project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Winning mentality and persuasion skills as well as a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Open minded and willing to work in an international environment.
  • Professional communications skills both verbally and in writing with mandatory fluency in English.
