Position Summary:

Beauty & Wellbeing Innovations Planning and LTCP Assistant Manager will support Innovation project management for BG & BU led hair care projects, responsible for leading the SC portion assessment & execution as part of a cross-functional team comprising of R&D, brand teams, BG supply chain team, BU supply chain team, Sourcing Unit, Procurement, and IP team to ensure that we land innovations in markets on time and in full.

In-charge in supporting the medium to long-term capacity planning for the SEA BU, shaping sourcing and investment decisions to meet target capacity utilization.

In line with the strategy of the segmented supply chain, innovation agility, and the cost-cash-service triangle for the BU, the role will also be driving sourcing cost savings and simplification programs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead & coordinate SC activity in innovation project management for BG & BU-led Hair Care category projects.
  • Lead & run RCDSR for SEA B&W Inhouse sourcing
  • Key contact on sourcing decision for hair care category in SEA
  • Lead & run long-term capacity planning cycle for B&W SEA
  • Serves as a resource of information on capacity & capability requirements of future innovation in investment decisions.
  • Support or lead when necessary strategic projects such as sourcing network optimization, sourcing unit master plans and benchmarking.
  • Support implementation of segmented supply chain in B&W SEA sourcing units.
  • Coordinates activities in above-the-skin simplification for Hair Care category.

Key Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • 4 years university degree required
  • 3 years’ experience in Unilever supply chain or customer operations
  • Planning experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Additional requirements: willing to travel when necessary (low-medium travel, equipped with sharp articulation of communication in engaging with multi stakeholder, equipped with sharp analytical skills
