Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Enterprise Account Manager to help us foster strong relationships within our existing customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground floor with maximum potential for career growth and the ability to make an immediate impact on the success of our customers. Our ideal candidate has experience in both Sales and Customer Success in a healthcare tech startup environment.

This is a hybrid role with in-office requirements. Candidates located in New York City, New York (Manhattan office location) or Los Angeles, California (Santa Monica office location) only will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with assigned Enterprise customers to create success plans, ensure product adoption, and grow/retain business
  • Upsell new products and features to existing customers
  • Communicate with customers any new feature updates or changes to the Collectly product
  • Work with the Engineering team to align product roadmap to the needs of customers
  • Conduct QBRs with main stakeholders of Enterprise sized accounts
  • Leverage your relationships with customers to build case studies, be referrals, and write Collectly reviews

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success/Account Management experience
  • Healthcare tech experience
  • Ability to travel to customers often (expected to travel at least once every 2 weeks)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Experience in a role with revenue goals
  • Adaptable team place who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable in a collaborative culture, both giving and receiving feedback
