LiveRamp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. A groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, LiveRamp is setting the new standard for building a connected customer view with unmatched clarity and context while protecting precious brand and consumer trust. LiveRamp offers complete flexibility to collaborate wherever data lives to support the widest range of data collaboration use cases—within organizations, between brands, and across its premier global network of top-quality partners.

Hundreds of global innovators, from iconic consumer brands and tech giants to banks, retailers, and healthcare leaders turn to LiveRamp to build enduring brand and business value by deepening customer engagement and loyalty, activating new partnerships, and maximizing the value of their first-party data while staying on the forefront of rapidly evolving compliance and privacy requirements.

LiveRamp is embedding its identity technology at the core of the customer data ecosystem, becoming an integral part of data warehousing, cloud marketing, and general platforms. This role works within the Identity Product team and close collaboration with an embedded identity team engineering team and extended team of contractors. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will discover, define, communicate, prioritize, roll out, and support new features and enhancements for our cloud based embedded identity solutions that delight our customers (read: all of LiveRamp and our customers). The role requires coordination across our identity product team, our broader LiveRamp product team, strong partner engagement, and the ability to craft new and innovative cloud-first solutions. You will own and define the “what and why” of new products and work with your engineering team to prioritize key features that will be core to LiveRamp having the best person-based graph in the industry.

A typical day involves meeting directly with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate new functionality that has been released, writing product requirement documents for engineering teams, working with engineering teams to write user stories that convey clearly defined requirements and acceptance criteria for new product features, maintaining a meaningful long-term roadmap with clear business outcomes, and serving as a higher-level support resource on your products. The ability to effectively context switch is critical as you could be on a call with a VP and diving deep into acceptance criteria with a senior engineer within the span of an hour. We work in a fast-paced environment in which you are empowered to make decisions in a small team setting. We are looking for a self-starter that welcomes challenges and has fun solving complex problems to join us.

You will:

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on how LiveRamp clients are solving customer data infrastructure, understand the architecture customers are deploying and the tools available from cloud providers to drive business outcomes effectively.
  • Own the roadmap of all embedded identity offerings within a specific set of cloud partners. Examples are embedding identity resolution and transcoding natively into a cloud environment for current and future LiveRamp customers to consume for critical data workflows
  • Have a genuine enthusiasm for understanding and improving how developers interact with our APIs/Technical offerings. Your goal is to create solutions that are both user-friendly and robust, ensuring that they meet the varied needs of our developer community without feeling oversimplified.
  • Strike the right balance between ease of use and powerful functionality. You should be adept at imagining and evaluating APIs that hide their complexity behind a clean, straightforward interface while providing rich features and capabilities.
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs and communicate how your roadmap will address them such as major Brands, Agencies, and Data Providers.
  • Represent LiveRamp requirements and partnership opportunities to external cloud partners, influencing their product development and features for release.
  • Work on multiple complex initiatives at once, across different phases of the Product Development Lifecycle.
  • Identify customer pain points to drive prioritization of integrations and / or features to grow this line of business
  • Write clear, concise requirements documents, RFCs, and user stories for engineers to be able to easily understand the what and why of a product or feature idea.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs within your product area, working closely with the engineering team(s) and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all products that you create adhere to our stringent data ethics standards
  • Analyze the competitive landscape of your product area to find gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with Commercialization, Sales Enablement, and Operational teams to create simple and compelling messaging, education, and playbooks to drive the roll out of new products that you build

Qualifications (Required):

  • 4+ Years of experience in a Product Management role
  • Experience with Identity Resolution in AdTech or MarTech

  • You love highly technical problems and diving in deep with Engineering on solutions.
  • Full stack product developer: you can research, build, and defend business cases for new product development with little guidance.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with developers' and technical users' needs and translate those into compelling product features.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Great problem solver - you thrive on finding creative solutions to poorly defined problems that impact customers.
  • Experience with Agile software development
  • Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions)
