Country Sales Manager, Himel - 008Q5C

The Role will cover the Sales and Business Development Responsibilities for the designated scope in KSA and neighboring countries.

Purpose of the job:

Sales Manager will drive territory revenue in the scope responsible, will have ownership of the sales territory and will be entirely dedicated to driving long term success. The ideal candidate is an experienced and proven sales with a strong network in the Electrical Market. We are looking for someone that can make a significant impact by having the ability to build, negotiate and close large complex deals, someone that can have the skills to lead, motivate and gain the respect of clients.

Job responsibilities:

1. Meet and exceed ambitious sales revenue goals

  1. Establish and Develop the Distribution Networks across all Key Channels
  2. Management of sales and marketing events
  3. Support and deploy strategies initiatives as per directions from Sales & Business Development teams.
  4. Coordinate with Country support team in China for end Sales processes.
  5. Conduct Marketing Intelligence activities.
  6. Follow the local projects particularly in value segment and coordinate with all the stake holders like, panel builder, contractors, consultants, etc

8. Establish relationship with utilities in order to get the required approvals in the country

9. Ensure Retail business growth along with acquisition of POS and tracking the sales through POS

10. Target OEMs & Panel builders in the value brand segment.

11. Update management on key changes in the country which could have business impact.

12. Close Coordination with SE leadership team in KSA

Qualifications

Essential Professional Experience:

1. 7+years in relevant Sales & Export roles

2. Distributors’ Management Experience with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with Distributors, customers and external partners.

3. Sales Background in Electrical products & solutions : Low Voltage electrical products , power distribution, industrial control products, etc

4. Demonstrate strong leadership and entrepreneurship in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of countries’ sales.

Desirable Qualifications

1. A wide network of contacts in the Electrical Market.

2. Worked in companies like SE, Siemens, Chint, LS, Eaton, Signify, etc.

3. Experience in penetrating New Markets

1. Ability to be flexible and responsive in the demanding environment of a start-up organization

2. Good communication and presentation skills

3. Motivated and accustomed to performing and meeting quotas

4. Strategic view, team work and quick execution with a sense of speed

5. Result-oriented with good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.

6. Willing to work under pressure. Accept challenge and meet commitment.

Education background:

1. Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering

1. Fluent in Arabic & English, must to have
