Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process customs documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures. 
  • Ensure all documents are completed according to agreed timelines. 
  • Review shipping documents for accuracy and for discrepancies. 
  • Track open Export and Transit within EU to ensure the procedure is closed on time. 
  • Classify goods according to tariff coding system. 
  • Implement improvements to the processes within the department. 
  • Respond timely to all complaints and propose solutions. 
  • Manage the daily relationship with DSV locations and carriers. 
  • Support projects deployments that focus on migrating customs processes from other countries. 
  • Support training newcomers and crate materials for departmental training covering customs knowledge. 

Our requirements:

  • have 2 years working experience liaising with customs clearances, 
  • have knowledge of customs laws and regulations, 
  • have intermediate level English, 
  • have degree in one of the following areas: Transportation and Logistics, Supply Chain Management or International Business, 
  • have experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel, 
  • have ability to actively participate in team development, 
  • have strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, 
  • are detail oriented and team player, 
  • Customs Agent certification will be a benefit
