Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide the Solutions Engineering team support in preparing content for value assessment workshops with prospective clients. The candidate will learn the aPriori software solution and leverage it to analyze customers’ products and develop summaries of the results for presentation back to the prospect by our Sr. Solutions Engineers. Additional responsibilities will include the preparation of standardized demonstration scenarios and video highlights as follow-up to customer engagements. Time not spent supporting our customer engagements with content development will be spent supporting the team by investigating product issues encountered and working with our support and product management team to investigate and document the issues and provide feedback to the solutions team on outcomes. Ideal candidates will be eager to learn and expand their skill set. We have a wide set of technologies and areas to work and build skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the Solutions Engineering team to develop content to enhance our customer engagements.
  • Act as a liaison between the Solutions Engineering team and the product team to investigate and document product issues and areas for product improvement.
  • Develop new and enhance existing demonstration content including the creation of short video highlight clips.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Education and Experience:

  • Pursuing Mechanical\Manufacturing Engineering University degree.
  • Experience with 3D CAD modeling such as Solidworks, CATIA, NX, Creo, etc.
  • Basic understanding of common manufacturing processes such as machining, injection molding or sheet metal processes.
  • Data Analytics experience is a plus.
