Data Analyst – Data & Integrations

ASP is seeking a Data Analyst - Integrations to join our global Data Analytics Team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between various sources and destinations, primarily with ASP’s analytics team, the Incorta system. You will work closely with business users, data analysts, developers, and vendors to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness. You will also troubleshoot and resolve any interface issues and provide documentation and training as needed. This role includes the responsibility of maintaining and managing the integration tool and file transmissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Function as a technical resource for integrations.
  • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining interfaces between various data sources and applications.
  • Maintain documentation for integrations, including approvals through the development lifecycle (request, development, testing, file transmission, move to production).
  • Keep up to date with the ASP data landscape of source systems including SAP S4, SAP GTS, and Salesforce. Based on this provide recommendations and drive direction for dashboard development.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot and fix any interface problems and provide support and guidance.
  • Leverage your knowledge of data analytics, data science, and computer science to build and maintain interfaces that connect data from various sources and applications.
  • Analyze business needs, design interface solutions, develop and test code, and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Work with other analysts, developers, and vendors to resolve any interface issues and document and share best practices.
  • Participate, lead and keep to date with the Fortive Business System (FBS)
  • Administration of the MOVEit system. File Transfer responsibilities include folder creation, user creation, permissions management, automation task creation, software upgrades, software installation and maintenance.
  • Subject matter expert on MOVEit and other software deployed for File transfers.
  • Ensure up time for MOVEit.
  • Install and follow best practices for coding standards and software architecture.
  • Contribute and participate to infrastructure design, governance and governance.
  • Resolve issues with MOVEit issues
  • Provide recommendations on functional and technical improvements of MOVEit.
  • Provide education tools that include videos, documentation and presentations to our customers on the Data Analytics landscape and tools.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical people at all levels for the organizations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working with integrations and multiple data sources.
  • Experience using integration tools.
  • Experience with continuous improvement frameworks such as 6 sigma and Kaizens.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of maturity, diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non- technical people at all levels of the organizations.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Math
  • Experience with MOVEit
