Minimum qualifications:

  • Candidates will typically have 6 years of experience in a sales or account management role in the technology industry.
  • Typically 3 years of experience in SaaS sales/selling Cloud Security products and closing agreements.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in international markets and managing large, complex agreements.
  • Experience securing/growing a customer base and carrying/exceeding strategic business goals.
  • Knowledge of product and solution market trends in cybersecurity and cloud, including understanding of enterprise business models and pricing.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and communicate business activity, concepts, and technical benefits in business terms at the executive-level.
  • Ability to build continuous relationships, promoting to executives across security and IT business units.
  • Ability to communicate in Swedish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

As the Retention and Expansion Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of EMEA accounts across assigned territory by renewing, upselling, and cross-selling. You will be proficient across Google Cloud's Security product SaaS offerings and effectively represent Google Cloud's full suite of products and services to influence clients and grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve renewal and growth/expansion goals.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts for upsell.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals, discuss and close agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date on a full suite of Google Cloud Security and Mandiant products and services.
  • Represent Google Cloud Security at industry events and conferences and build/maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
