The Principal Product Manager - Cell Culture Research for Cytiva is accountable for leading the global business operations of the research cell culture media, buffer, and OEM product line by driving global strategy deployment and execution to deliver top line revenue and gross margin for portfolio.

This position is part of the Cell Culture business with a preference for an individual to be located in the Logan Utah. Depending on experience and other factors Marlborough, MA, or remote locations will be considered. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Drive strategic initiatives and identify new products or segments that meet business objectives.
  • Work directly with marketing teams on positioning and messaging of portfolio in market
  • Cross functional collaborations with commercial and technical teams to support customers and product concerns.
  • Provide portfolio training to commercial teams and other various functions.
  • General management of the cell culture research portfolio. 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, business, life sciences, or engineering
  • Good understanding of cell culture products and experience using products.
  • Experience in building and implementing complex strategies and working with a diverse portfolio of products.
  • Understanding of complex manufacturing processes including impact from economies of scale in the manufacturing environment.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales or R&D

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Master’s degree or higher in applicable fields
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales or R&D
  • Strong understanding of biotechnology research market

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $175,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
