The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager at Adobe Workfront, you'll have the opportunity to impact how the largest organizations in the world’s strategic planning and execution. You'll collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our customers and solve some of the most sophisticated enterprise challenges. Working alongside fellow PMs, engineering and design, you'll own vision and strategy for an application area, define and execute on the roadmap with one or multiple cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

  • Identify the greatest opportunities to positively impact Adobe Workfront’s ability to fulfill its vision, considering market impact and relative complexity
  • Work with other product managers to identify key roadmap items and associated epics necessary to deliver on initiatives that you are leading
  • Partner with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to understand and validate market needs, drive offerings, and customer requirements
  • Prioritize and balance among contending opportunities, customer requests, and business realities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
  • Translate market needs into product requirements, product strategies, and prioritized roadmaps that increase user adoption and active usage
  • Adhere to our product development lifecycle framework and champion improvements to our processes
  • Be an authority on enterprise technology requirements while inspiring and learning from customers

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years of Product Manager experience
  • Solid understanding of unique qualities and challenges of B2B SaaS businesses 
  • Passion and self-motivation to deliver phenomenal products that delight customers!
  • Sense of ownership for the end-to-end customer experience and business outcomes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally, with customers around the world
  • Strong command of product metrics
  • Ability to identify the desired outcome and constraints for a product feature and transfer those into clear acceptance criteria
  • Skill to make decisions based on both quantitative data and qualitative insight
