As a Business Strategy Planning Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue and profitability. In addition, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights to the leadership team to support business growth and expansion initiatives, as well as run a Project Management Office to track and ensure that those initiatives are aligned with our ambitions and delivered on time.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Together with the Manager, structure and co-lead our 5-yr strategic plan reflections and business cases for LATAM.
  • Analyze and package relevant information to support strategic decision making (prioritization, understanding needs of cross-functional groups and key drivers to ensure strong engagement).
  • Lead special projects (coordinate, analyze, package) such as business cases and new business development opportunities with support of key stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, dealer development and finance).
  • Support pricing center of excellence with strategies that align with the region’s business objectives, market conditions, and target customer segments
  • Continue developing our Project Management Office [reporting tools and KPIs] where we track progress of key initiatives as identified by the Management Committee.
  • Develop & present executive presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership in addition to supporting budget and quarterly updates to C-suite.
  • Support product owners by leveraging business cases and market competitive analysis to determine business requirements and strategic recommendations for current and upcoming products.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure that the company is staying ahead of the curve
  • Support the creation, development, and analysis of department-wide business plans, including implementation of strategic priorities, metric creation, measurement, tracking, and eventual reporting of success metrics

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES: 

  • 2-5 years of experience with a focus on strategic planning and analysis, business strategy, and project management.
  • Proven ability to structure business cases and package communication in order to influence senior management
  • Experience identifying trends and developing a story to connect dots (problem solving, analytical thinking, strong business acumen)
  • Ability to deliver and present materials in high-pressure situations
  • Mastering of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), strong financial modeling skills
  • Relevant experience and proven ability to work effectively in international environments, across languages and cultures.
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in the recreational power sports or automotive industry is a strong plus

PREFERRED:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience working directly with management & directors
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and techniques
  • A high degree of ownership, organization, self-initiative, and follow-through.
  • Ability to collaborate with partners in other functions to deliver results and defend your ideas when challenged
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL
