As a Health & Safety Compliance Administrator you will be supporting our HSE systems and processes. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Administration of Jacobs’ Driver Safety Management System (acting as a point of contract for all requests and inquiries related to the program, monitoring and reporting employees’ compliance through reports and system platform)
  • Administration of HSE training (managing class enrollment, monitoring and reporting HSE training compliance of new hires, providing support to regional HSE administrators)
  • Acting as a point of contact for all HSE supplier management requests and inquiries, monitoring prequalification requests to ensure they are actioned in a timely manner
  • Administration of the HSE intranet webpage

Here's What You'll Need:

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor degree, preferably in an analytical field
  • 1-2 years of experience in data administration, preferably in Health & Safety area, but professional background in Document Control, Supplier Qualification or Compliance can also be considered as relevant
  • Understanding of HSE field
  • Advanced English skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to report and track information accurately and concisely in web-based databases and Excel workbooks (advanced knowledge of Excel will be an asset)
  • Ability to complete administrative tasks in a quality and time-efficient manner to meet all deadlines
  • Desire and ability to work with a team
  • Good time management skills to manage a complex workload, prioritize and set deadlines
