Senior Business Analyst with flair for Technology in Financial Crime Prevention area

Our mission in the Financial Crime Life Cycle Management Tribe is to protect our customers and society from financial crime by developing highly automated due diligence processes with the customer experience at the core.

This Tribe focuses on the entire Customer Life Cycle, starting with Welcoming up until Suspicious Activity Reporting. It is responsible for all data structures and data handling, along with UI/UX for the entire Customer Life Cycle.The overall strategic focus is to modernize and optimize the journey to combat financial crime.

As a Business Analyst, you will be working in the Customer Assessment PC Squad that focused on ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence) review for Personal Customers. The Squad comprises a Product Owner, Business Analysts and Developers located in Denmark, Lithuania and India.

You will also be part of a Business Analyst Chapter within the FCLM Tribe together with Business Analysts from other Squads to share knowledge and leverage your skills mastery.

Your Chapter Lead will support and mentor you, ensuring your personal and professional growth.

You will:

  • Be a bridge between IT development and Business requirements
  • Investigate and find the best way of implementing solutions
  • Analyse requirements and prepare design documents
  • Conduct research and drive dialogue with stakeholders and other actors taking part in the process
  • Contribute to designing processes that lead to significant internal customer experience and ensure compliance
  • Be ready for direct cooperation with developers, testers, stakeholders, analysts, subject matter experts, users, change managers and more
  • Participate in other tasks, when needed, such as test support, release management support or similar

About you:

  • Have a natural interest in IT development and understand the basics of it, such as SQL, API’s, data management, understanding basic code and can communicate technical requirements to developers
  • Thrive from working in an agile setup with a can-do mindset, and you can take ownership and responsibility for our outcomes and deliverables
  • Proactive and feel comfortable taking initiatives in the area that you see needs refinement
  • Have business analyst experience, and AML/regulatory domain knowledge would be an asset
  • You have a solid analytical mindset, are detail-oriented, and aim for results
  • You feel at home in a fast-paced environment and do not mind solving complex problems
  • You are a team oriented person who sees benefit of a collaborative team effort
  • You collaborate well with colleagues with different people profiles and skills
  • Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
