WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Be the contact person for current Gallo customers in Colombia and México:

  • Monitor and evaluate key information: stocks, sell out, rotation, promotional activity, shopping,etc in order to take the main outputs and ensure a deep understanding of the market changes
  • Identify opportunities to support decision making Identify best practices (POS, SM, etc ) that could be incorporated in a customer activation plan to be built jointly with marketing department (beyond Olive Oil category)
  • Support monthly forecast for each market/customer and ensure the right stock level considering lead times jointly with Planning department and managing customers sales orders jointly with customer service Prepare and conduct business reviews and Progress Meetings: performance (exports, sell in & sell out, post evaluation promotional activities, build a jointly plan) for customers but also for internal follow up Negotiate with customers considering the commercial guidelines in place.
  • Monthly monitoring of Olive oil category in key retailers in both markets allowing a full market overview ( price evolution, innovation, new brands, etc)
  • Contribute to annual audits and plans for the main markets and ensure their implementation, together with the marketing team
  • Ensure all customers’ requirements are attended in due time (Logistic data, product photos, declarations, etc) aligned with internal departments (marketing, planning, etc
  • Identify and explore new potential customers to list Gallo with the adequate business model in Colombia and Mexico.
  • Identify and explore neighboring markets to Gallo expansion.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Education Bachelor Degree: Management, Economics or Engineering preferably
  • Good analytical skills Negotiation skills Proficient in MS office namely Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and native in Spanish
  • Professional Experience Based in Colombia with sales experience in FMCG (2/3 yrs) preferably also with Mexican market know how.
  • E Commerce knowledge it will be a plus namely related with USA market.
