Responsibilities

HR Advisor is a subject matter expert for People Resourcing processes. People Resourcing team is responsible for the life-cycle of Yara employee and covers these main services, namely Recruitment, Onboarding, Employer Brand Management, Separation Management. In addition to efficiently and effectively supporting managers and employees with their enquiries and concerns.

  • Efficiently and effectively support employees and managers with their enquiries
  • Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end
  • Support in designing, developing, deploying and reviewing recruitment training for hiring managers
  • Support in the active promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion through People Resourcing processes
  • Deliver a positive, transparent and consistent candidate experience
  • Prepare job offers for suitable candidates in line with local processes and legislation
  • Responsible for communication with candidate, initiate onboarding, plan welcoming sessions and manage the new hire data in relevant systems
  • Drive accurate and efficient data management in adherence to GDPR and local HR compliance
  • Support managers in evaluating new hires, running candidate experience surveys and taking appropriate actions based on this and other relevant data analytics
  • Develop, execute and evaluate effectiveness of employer branding activities via suitable events / platforms
  • Provide support to line managers and employees throughout termination process 

Profile

  • Relevant degree-level education
  • Min. of 3 years relevant work experience in HR, also depending on level of expertise and seniority of previous roles 
  • Good understanding of holistic employee lifecycle including planning, branding, on- and offboarding, and retention; understanding of current sourcing trends is an advantage 
  • Experience working with HR Information Systems and usage of data analytics
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module is a plus
  • Expertise in core employee lifecycle such as workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, retention, separation and diversity management
  • Good knowledge of GDPR and HR compliance is a plus
  • Strong recruiter with excellent skills in interviewing, and ability to coach hiring managers
  • Strong networking, collaboration and communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to optimize and harmonize processes
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication
  • Proficient language skills in German, Finnish, French, Italian, Spanish or Swedish are an advantage

Offered Salary

We offer salary from 2436 Eur to 3654 Eur/month gross (before taxes; the final offer depends on candidate competencies)
