Responsibilities
- Provide good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and evaluate business processes against standard Dynamics 365 functionality and the wider components of the Power Platform
- Customising Dynamics 365 (Creating tables, columns, forms, Apps etc.)
- Building Flows (Power Automate)
- Interpret business requirements and translate them into solutions driven by Dynamics365 CRM by understanding the needs of the business and mapping these as business processes
- Ensure that simple, supportable and upgradable solutions are developed and deployed
- Responsible for documenting clear and concise business requirements which outline what a Dynamics365 CRM solution will look like within Azure DevOps
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in software development
- Expertise in MS Dynamics 365
- Ability to use JavaScript and potentially plug-ins
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
- Agile
- Azure DevOps
- Good attention to detail and the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable, actionable chunks that can be understood by project teams and customers/end users
- Strong interpersonal skills: proficient in stakeholder management, proactive team player
