About the position:

Your role involves selling and promoting our cutting-edge products within a defined geographic territory. Be a key player in achieving our sales goals and directly contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic sales calls to current and potential customers, aiming to meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas.
  • Implement effective sales strategies by analyzing product, competition, and pricing needs to promote our offerings to hospital personnel and physicians.
  • Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop and implement action plans based on sales figures and reports.
  • Gain insights by observing procedures in Endoscopy labs and operating rooms, understanding the nuances of physicians and lab staff.
  • Develop strong relationships with hospital personnels, making new contacts and identifying key decision makers for future sales opportunities
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints with creative solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and documented quality processes.
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners to optimize stock balance and develop action plans based on sales figures.

Your Experience:

  • Graduation with a minimum of 4 years of healthcare sales experience or MBA/BE.
  • Fluency in Tamil and English.
  • Proven track record in sales for experienced candidates.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned geography.
