Your Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and monitor group fax and email box
Enter client trade orders, asset movement requests (Fed Fund wires, journals)
Interact with all Deutsche Bank products groups, trading desks, middle office, Investment and Private Bankers, and Deutsche Bank’s clearing agent Pershing LLC
Perform all account maintenance requests (address and phone updates, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Rule 2111, document updates)
Prioritize, coordinate, and open new brokerage accounts with regular communication with multiple desks (front office, account opening, technology, and products, etc)
Your Skills and Experience:
You must have meaningful, relevant retirement and brokerage experience
Possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and proactive in learning all servicing tasks
Must have excellent understanding of various financial products and services; prior wealth management and client interaction preferred
Detail oriented and have an analytical mindset with the ability to deliver key insights/solutions through ‘out of the box’ thinking, interpersonal and communication skills (Customer Service focus), Team player, motivated and enthusiastic team player, and able to work with others in a fast paced, independent, and dynamic financial environment
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required; strong attention to detail; escalate and highlight issues with excellent resolution-making skills
