About the role

We are looking for ambitious Recruiting Coordinators to join our Recruiting Operations team. You will play a substantial role in building and supporting the entire recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. This role will provide you with a wide range set of responsibilities in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.

At Applied you will:

  • Support our recruiting team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & in-person) for all open roles
  • Streamline the interview process from end-to-end to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience
  • Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient, including interview training, funnel analytics, and enablement content
  • Partner with sourcers & recruiters to support university career fairs & industry recruiting events

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Experience in a operational position that works with cross-functional team members
  • Experience in roles that require a high bar for customer service
  • Experience working in an environment that requires for continuous process improvements

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on or closely with a recruiting team
  • Experience program managing events and tasks to completion
  • Experience in a management position in hospitality, retail, or the restaurant industry
