Careers that Change Lives

Are you a passionate builder of brands aspiring to inspire emotional connection and brand love through world-class strategy and creative expression? As a Principal Brand Specialist, Global Brand and Patient Marketing, you will champion brand expression and drive thoughtful, customer first decision making across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Director of Global Brand and Consumer Marketing, your deep and broad set of experiences and curiosity will influence design strategy, conceptual development, and bar-raising execution. Creating, pressure testing, and communicating concepts and implementation strategy is your accountability. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive in, helping decision-making by bringing ambiguous strategy discussions to life through brand expression. With little exposure, you quickly become a reference point for marketing and the broader team. You bring a proven track record of quickly getting up the learning curve on complex categories - touching on consumer products and services and B2B channel management. Your point of view is grounded deeply in the customer experience and business objectives, and you are intrinsically inspired by the challenge to create, contribute to, and ensure all creative output delivers at a world-class creative grade.
