The Manager, Marketing Strategy - Health Care Delivery Growth will be responsible for defining and driving our marketing strategy to drive growth of health care delivery leveraging CVS retail digital and physical channels. This individual will lead the execution of that strategy by creating a dynamic cross-business unit experience that will engage and drive new and existing customers to explore health care delivery across the CVS enterprise. 

This role will also entail working across multiple lines of business, coordinating with senior leadership, and ensuring legal compliance. An ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading the strategy and execution of complex, cross-functional programs in a results-driven environment. You have a data-driven mindset, lead with a consumer-centric approach, and are a master problem solver and entrepreneurial in nature. You must also be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable leading through ambiguity. The Manager, Marketing Strategy – Health Care Delivery Growth will report directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy – Health Care Delivery Growth and work closely to convert a clear digital and marketing strategy into tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth strategy and development of retail and health care delivery crossline of business marketing campaigns and integrations to maximize value via CVS Health digital and physical properties
  • Support the day-to-day management of end-to-end marketing campaign deliverables, including creative briefing, journey mapping, segmentation, testing strategies, and campaign delivery
  • Plan, deliver, and manage a paid media campaign and optimize as key results are posted
  • Bring new and innovative ideas to drive customer value by way of new channels, experiences, partnerships, or other assets and activations to deliver against growth goals for the enterprise
  • Actively develop trusted relationship across-functional relationships with key internal stakeholders, such as Marketing, Enterprise Digital, Business Teams, Analytics, Creative & Design, Legal, and Transformation 

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retail, healthcare, and consumer understanding 
  • 4+ years of retail marketing or digital marketing/strategy experience 
  • 1+ years of cross-functional leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Talent for working under pressure in a fast-paced, white space environment, with ability to balance business needs and requests 
  • Knowledge of digital tools, marketing technology and tactics
  • Development of segmentation and marketing strategies based on insights and data
  • Able to influence critical business outcomes in a matrix based large enterprise environment
  • Act as an independent self-starter and provide thought leadership with immediate team, partners, and organization leader
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$69,300.00 - $152,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
