ABOUT THE JOB

The Fragance & Beauty (F&B) Europe Data and Client Knowledge Manager is a Europe regional based role who reports directly to the CRM F&B Europe Director. In this role, you will develop omnichannel client insights, define and implement client data capture strategy, in close collaboration with markets, Europe support teams, internal and external partners. You will act as the referent for Europe Fragrance and Beauty Client Data related topics at the regional and divisional levels.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL

Your missions will be structured around 3 pillars:

In constant contact with the division, markets and Europe teams, you

1/ Establish, improve and structure the Client Data Capture strategy and define in coordination with all involved stakeholders the action plan, requirements and roadmap.

  • Engage and collaborate closely with different stakeholders across departments, regional, market and global to flawlessly manage projects related to Client Data (eg. Data Model evolution, Client Segmentation..) and Database growth. Be responsible for expressing and relaying business needs and client acquisition and retention opportunities.
  • Guarantee the planning and project delivery, identify potential risks and propose actions
  • Represent F&B Europe in the construction of the first global and cross-divisional Client Database

2/ Provide Client Knowledge Development across channels and countries to support development of brand strategy and client experience

  • Get a thorough understanding of our F&B Client database, align on common and local objectives, and implement dashboards and governance to monitor the objective achievements
  • Guarantee the consistency of our Digital ecosystem, integrating new channels, touchpoints
  • Seek opportunities to raise the bar at all steps of the client journeys

3/ Develop a Data-driven culture and a client-centric mindset

  • Set up and animate Client Insight reviews and share around Client Data topics
  • Initiate and lead cross-functional task forces to identify and and implement new Data acquisition or Client Retention action plans
  • Foster close collaboration and promote feedback sharing across the organization to ensure smooth adoption and commitment of regional guidelines

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • You have a master’s degree (business school, engineering school, university..) with 8-10 years of experience, and a solid background on Data Analysis, ideally in a luxury environment and /or Fragance and Beauty universe.
  • Your previous positions were on CRM, consulting and/or in project/product management (especially in data), where you have developed your skills in understanding the business issues and adapting your analysis to these problems efficiently.
  • You are at ease working in a project mode and ready to evolve in a matrix organization. You have proved your capacity to work on different projects at the same time with multiple interlocutors, to understand transversal business stakes, to federate teams and influence. 
  • You are known for your analytical skills, your agility, combining strategic vision and operational efficiency, and your entrepreneurial mindset, your autonomy and your team spirit. You are willing to join a new team and co-build all together.
  • You have excellent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.

  • You will work with a large panel of internal and external stakeholders and in close collaboration with markets, other F&B Europe business teams, in a fast-moving and competitive environment.
  • You will join a team, dedicated to fostering Client Engagement, innovation, creating luxurious and sustainable client journeys, but also committed to empower creativity, transversality, across Chanel teams.
  • You will manage and develop a team of 2 temporary contracts, that will support you in your mission.
