About The Role

As a Embedded DSP Engineer Co-op for the Bose Software Organization, you will help develop real-time audio data capture methodologies using the latest tools and technologies for our latest generation of audio amplifiers. Your work will have a direct impact in developing and maintaining cutting-edge and highly customized audio amplifier platform software resulting in unique and exciting experiences 

About You 

Education: 

  • BS student minimum, graduate student preferred

Skills: 

  • Coursework in digital signal processing (DSP), communication, algorithms, or computer architecture
  • Very good understanding of C programming language and embedded software development (ARM or DSP processors) 
  • Experience in MATLAB and Simulink
  • Knowledge of Python programming is a big plus 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Inquisitive & Passionate about problem solving 

Responsibilities

  • Develop real-time data capture methodologies for DSP software 
  • Create efficient way to log system states for run-time data analysis and debugging
  • Explore unit test frameworks and implement unit tests for DSP platform software
