Meet the Team 

Silicon Labs' award-winning technologies are shaping the future of the Internet of Things. The next few years will be very exciting, driven in part by the explosive revenue growth and market position of the IoT Segments. As we continue to scale, we are increasing our focus on Corporate Campaigns that focus on our technologies across the business units, and are searching for an experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to be a key driver of marketing activities relating specifically to Matter and LPWAN technologies.

As a Marketing Campaign Lead will collaborate closely across all business unit subject matter experts, coordinate and project manage all activities associated with the full technology campaign, including but not limited to: product launches, video and social media creation, and content creation. You will help create the strategy of the campaign and project manage all the assets through to fruition. You will be required to own all the details that come with launching and running the full marketing program/campaign for each technology. 

This role is the perfect opportunity to apply your marketing acumen while expanding your knowledge in diverse and unique areas of marketing, including asset creation, demand generation, web experience, program management, event execution, analytics, and more. You will work with a collaborative team of marketing professionals and receive frequent feedback from a mentor to encourage career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage campaign activities including content creation, outbound promotions, webinars, digital workshops, and in-person events
  • Build email communications to support campaign programs
  • Collaborate with marketing team members, such as creative, web, content, product marketing, and channel marketing, on the flawless execution of GTM and product marketing deliverables
  • Assist with social media execution – organic and paid
  • Work with the creative team to drive asset production of deliverables to support outbound activities
  • Support marketing program and launch reporting.
  • Communicate details and status within the team on the various programs tactics to ensure all team members are informed, and timelines are met.
  • Monitor program execution to ensure every detail is covered
  • Make recommendations on how to optimize to improve performance.
  • Overall marketing team support.

Skills You Will Need

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree, Major or Minor: Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field and 4+ years of experience
  • Broad knowledge and experience in marketing
  • Excellent skills in project management and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to research and pull metrics 
  • Curiosity to learn and expand skills in all areas of marketing
  • General knowledge of B2B Marketing 
  • Experience in digital or social media marketing

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $95,357 - $177,091 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
