Primarily identify and build up the list of suspects, prospects to develop new business, cross sale and manage the existing portfolio of clients mainly for Property and Casualty insurance products to hit sales targets
Deploy the sales process from approaching until securing clients
Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services offered by WTW
Work with the broking team in determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing the deal
Prepare for presentation and verify all contractual documents prior to binding the contract with clients
Join the team for bidding for projects assigned and implementation of contract when appointed
Client Relationship Management
Understand the client’s business and risk management needs and deliver them through the provision of ongoing service
Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction and follow up to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the placement cycle, including but not limit to designing/obtaining of quotations, explaining insurance terms/conditions, making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients
Provide the highest level of customer service to existing and new clients, maintaining profitable revenue to achieve renewal target
Work closely with clients, insurers, Client Relationship Manager and overseas network to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s)
Requirements:
University degree
Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.
At least 05 years-experience in non-life insurance at similar role either in client management or business development in B2B industry
Knowledgeable in concepts, principles, practices, applications, insurance standard
Proven track of sales record
Client-oriented, innovative and quick-learning
Good problem solving, time-management & negotiation skills
