Key Account Manager (Biologics) – Sofia

As we strengthen our team to prepare for new launches, we want you, to support delivering our vision to be leader in Asthma and disrupt Immunology by driving clinical remission.

What you will do:

  • Sets up a customer development plan that will identify key opportunities for the promoted products, actions to take and goals to be reached based on the instructions and recommendations of the Line Manager
  • Establishes and manages relationships with key customers and provides them with information on company products
  • Manages the budget, while observing the limitations required, and ensures that all activities carried out observe the relevant ethical regulations in force
  • Develops and maintains maximum customer coverage
  • Support organization of national events, local seminars, group meetings presenting therapy, trends of treatment, products.
  • Provides appropriate timely feedback and information to the Line Manager on clients and competitors
  • Attends team sessions and shares best practice

Key accountabilities:

  • Reaching performance goals at a customer & territory level
  • Observing Code of Conduct, global and local policies, standards, procedures and working instructions of AstraZeneca, Bulgarian legislation and Ethical Code of Arpharm in Bulgaria
  • Behaves according to AZ Values and Behaviour and follow the company’s Internal Rules
  • Engages in self-development of specific abilities and knowledge
  • Teamwork
  • Be proactive and highly engaged striving to deliver impact

Crucial for the role

  • University degree, preferable Medicine or Pharmacy
  • Very good knowledge about the pharmaceutical industry
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Personal initiative – ambitious and motivated
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • The ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good level of English
  • Clean driving license
