Role Requirements
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of applications in the context of Human Capital Management.
- Actively contribute to professional and reliable technology delivery for business automation and integration systems, platforms, and processes for business globally.
- Independent development, implementation and maintenance of software, systems, applications and interfaces in the service management and end to end Human Capital management context.
- Accountable to support planning, defining, and developing high-level designs for automation and/or integration solutions.
- Analysis of (customer) needs with definition of the resulting requirements and creation of solution designs and data models.
- Ensure top class and state of the art engineering delivery, code management, implementation of standards and strive for highest efficiencies from platforms.
- Understand customer needs to explain those requirements to other engineers in the IT department.
- Supporting Solution Owners in developing solution roadmaps, incl. evaluating change & run decisions.
- Guide and steer architecture for the HCM solution.
- Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing deploying new standards or solutions.
- Overall responsibility for all change requests in the solution area regarding architecture and innovation.
- Consult the business users in the HCM solution area and understand their business processes.
- Guide and decide on technical implementations within the solution area.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in at least two of the following areas: solution engineering, business analysis, requirements engineering, solution design, data modeling, security standard
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Agile project methods (Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps etc.) as well as various teamwork solutions (Jira/Confluence, Office365, Slack etc.).
- Proven experience in integration platforms.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise datacenter and cloud architectures from an operational standpoint
- End to end human capital management is a plus
Desirable Requirements:
- Degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field combined with Business Administration is a plus
- Certification in and/or experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies is a plus
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments is a plus
- Experience in product delivery is a plus
Competences/ Skills:
- Experience in any of the frontend and backend technologies and frameworks along with SQL knowledge. Ability to understand and learn technology quickly.
- Experience in any one of the RPA tools.
- Experience in AI platforms is a plus.
- Experience in any of the Middleware technologies.
- Experienced in collaborating with global teams across wide geographies
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills to present features and solution recommendations to senior stakeholders.
