About the opportunity:
This is a full time permanent position based in our Auckland (Parnell) office. This role is an inbound customer service based position where most enquiries come from Hospitals and our Sales Force to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of our industry leading orthopaedic products.
You will professionally handle incoming calls and emails from both internal and external customers and enter orders into the SAP order management platform.
You will handle and troubleshoot customer needs and coordinate with the 3PL team for delivery process, pick & pack, invoicing, providing dispatch details and tracking to customers and the commercial team.
