We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in the cyber security industry to manage the product lifecycle of managed security services.

Working as a Senior Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Portfolio Lifecycle (Define customer problem and need, Pipeline Qualification, Opportunity Review, Introduction Board, Solution Development, Launch to Live, In-life Management and Product Evolution, Product retirement), including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product strategy and plan, working closely with engineering, development, sales, marketing, and global operations and most importantly the customer to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the managed service supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. One of the key parts of the role is to develop and innovate together with the customers. It requires the understanding of how to lead a customer facing MVP project.

The role of the Product Manager requires that you have a good and broad understanding about the threat landscape, security architecture, cyber threat intelligence, security operation centre and existing solutions like EDR, NDR, SIEM and XDR, Cloud security, Network security and that by combining this with the knowledge about customer requirements you can create scalable and profitable managed security services.

What we expect of you

  • Define the customer problems and understand the customer needs.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop scalable solutions (services)
  • Continuously monitor the cybersecurity market, including both analysts, vendors, competition, and customers, to be able to evolve your product(s) to stay competitive.
  • Qualify incoming portfolio requests and when applicable convert them into an Opportunity Review presentation and present this to sales leadership.
  • Work together with Global Portfolio Management (GPM) to develop and introduce new services to the market.
  • Assist sales and marketing with promotion of your products.
  • Drive enablement plans for sales per country.
  • Drive to find synergies with other products in the portfolio to enable upsell and cross-sell and avoid overlaps with other services.
  • Act as a leader within the GSL team and in the company, driving collaboration and innovation.

Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the cyber security industry.
  • Experience from another Managed Security services provider is a strong additional requirement
  • Broad understanding across multiple different areas of cybersecurity (cloud, application architecture, Identity and Access Management, network security, endpoint security, advanced SOC deliveries).
  • Skills in cybersecurity regulations and standards.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and delivering cybersecurity projects.
  • In-depth skills in JIRA or equivalent Product Management systems
  • Strong focus on user experience design to ensure product usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex market data and trends.
  • Proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies for predictive analytics and product personalization.
